How to Claim Your Refund
Use Faciio every night for 7 consecutive nights, following the directions on pack.
If you see no visible improvement, contact us within 24 hours of your 7th application via WhatsApp or email.
We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Simple, no argument, no waiting.
Guarantee applies to first-time purchases only, one claim per customer.
The product must have been used for a minimum of 7 consecutive nights as directed.
Claim must be submitted within 3 days of completing the 7-night trial period.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required to process the refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed as part of the refund.
Products must be returned in their original packaging. Partially used products are accepted.
Faciio reserves the right to decline claims where misuse or non-compliance with directions is evident.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method, or bank transfer for COD orders.
